Club Spinning Classes

New club spinning classes are starting on Thursday the 12th of February. The classes are at 7:00pm to 7:50pm for 6 weeks. Classes are for all club members. Each class is at the moment costing under €5 per class. Spinning is a great way to improve your fitness through a high intensity workout.
